Happy Easter

Forget the ham, roasted asparagus with parmesan, sweet potatoes, creamed onions, olives, bread and butter pickles, and on and on . . .

Oh my gosh - those look like carrot cupcakes with cream cheese frosting! Is that what they are? If so, they are my favorite!
